when i was in high school, i used a typewriter (if you don't know what it is, google it ;) to type a paper...i don't remember my first home computer until i was a junior or senior in high school or maybe even college...
i didn't text message anyone until i was way way in college, i might have been even in grad school...
i didn't facebook until circa 2008 and i think i might have even dabbled in some myspace for a short time...and i didn't come on twitter board until about a year ago...
i know what a record player is & records, i have had cars that had cassette players in them & have even concocted my own mixed tape...i knew what is like to not have access to music in a small device but rather carry a whole case of cds...
i have carried books to & from the library or book stores b/c that was the only way you could read things...
i have used a camera with film, and had to wait a couple of days to get them developed (google that one too)...
i remember when you needed a phone number or address, you looked it up in your mother's phone book or this book called the yellow pages...
& i for sure remember when all these things changed...& i also know that any of these items i have listed you can actually google...

i believe is amazing,
first let us talk about how awesome their homepage is...i love to see what they come up with for different occasions and holidays...& google has made it possible for us to accomplish all the tasks i listed above in probably about 10 minutes...google can solve anything...just type it in & there you got an answer, i had a friend who had a girlfriend that asked google everything...if you think about it, google is directions, a dictionary, an encyclopedia, reference guide, a how to, a therapist, a doctor, a lawyer, really is there anything you can't type in there...if there is something you cannot type in google & find the answer, i will buy you drink (scouts honor)...i have a blackberry, we have discussed it, we know there are features that are still in the dark ages, think dial up internet...recently i wanted to know where a starbucks was while traveling; most people whip out there phones, i on the other hand would rather watch paint dry than wait for my internet to find some information...so i texted my friend...luckily i found one...and my friend informed me i could not go wrong they are everywhere...later my friend mentioned i could have googled it, & of course i reply back with, i have grandma paced internet and he sent me a link (created by google); which finds places simply by sending a text to 46645 & then you shall receive your answer...best idea yet for all those people who are not equipped with super high tech phones....
...so as far as my concern, google you have thought of everything & continue to think...
in fact my blog would not possible if not for google...so that in itself proves how 'schweet' google is that it can bring you the world of me (i know its scary, go with it)...
new phrase to be used more on a regularly --> google it...
