we all know I love the city...one of the main reason is being that everything is at your fingertips...you want a grocery store, walk to the corner...you want a to see great art, take the subway uptown...you want to relax in the park, ride your bike to the one in midtown, you need new clothes, take your pick of where to shop...did I mention you don't ever have to get in your car...it is all right there...& you can work, play, and shop while never leaving your neighborhood...what else is better...
now the city I live in currently is getting there, they have to tweak some things, like good grocery stores in the urban areas, and maybe a few places to buy necessity clothing other than boutiques ...and if they figure that out in those areas then they will have a true urban living space...so why not go urban...
