day 255...
...as i was thinking about my topic for tonight...all the while writing thank you's for my birthday (hey, i am still under a month, give a 30 year old a break)...& i stopped for a minute & thought how lucky i am to be writing thank you notes, how blessed i am to be surrounded by the people that love me...& how even more lucky & blessed that i get to write these notes of gratitude...especially today when so many people wished they would have said that one more, "i love you..." that one more, "i'm sorry..." that one more, "have a great day..." or wished they would have had one more hug only to hold on a little longer, or that breakfast that would have lasted a little longer, or just to have that one more moment...so today i am thankful i have any moments with those that i love & i get the chance to say what i want...&
...for those that didn't get to; because on this day, 11 years ago, a horrific tragedy took so many loved ones; know that your angels are in heaven smiling down & the stars in the sky are brighter than ever! we will always remember & never forget...9.11.01
